Tripp ran into Twiggy Ramirez outside the Sands Bethlehem Event Center in Bethlehem, PA after the Marilyn Manson show in 2015 - the two first met in 1996 when Tripp (Rex) auditioned for Marilyn Manson in New Orleans, LA at Trent Reznor's studio. Tripp got to hang out at Manson shows alot after that, and it sort of inspired his next band, Ego.

This song was from Tripp's band Ego - circa 1997, written not long after his audition with Marilyn Manson. The song was inspired by Ayn Rand and co-written by Tripp and DJ Evel Ed (Lefty Grimes) from the band EGO. The drum parts were written by Preston Nash, the original drummer of Dope.
